| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the nonparty-appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 30, 2013, and to allow perfection of the appeal to be "govern[ed]" by a certain stipulation.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 20, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the nonparty-appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to allow perfection of the appeal to be "govern[ed]" by a certain stipulation is denied, and the appellant shall perfect the appeal in accordance with the rules of this Court and the CPLR.
