| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 13, 2015, to release the child Nyasia C. to her mother, the respondent-respondent Christine J.-L., under its supervision, to release the child Jaylen G. to his mother, Karen J.-L., under its supervision, to direct that the respondent-respondent Eddy G. have no contact with the child Nyasia C., pursuant to the terms of any order of protection in effect at the time the order dated January 13, 2015, was issued, and to direct that all contact between the child Jaylen G. be in accordance with the terms of any order of protection in effect at the time the order dated January 13, 2015, was issued, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed, the child Nyasia C. is released to her mother, the respondent-respondent Christine J.-L., under the appellant's supervision, the child Jaylen G. is released to his mother, Karen J.-L., under the appellant's supervision, the respondent-respondent Eddy G. shall have no contact with the child Nyasia C., pursuant to the terms of any order of protection in effect at the time the order dated January 13, 2015, was issued, and all contact between the respondent-respondent Eddy G. and the child Jaylen G. shall be in accordance the terms of any order of protection in effect at the time the order dated January 13, 2015, was issued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before March 23, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before March 23, 2015, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate this decision and order on motion, without further notice, or the respondents-respondents may move to vacate this decision and order on motion, on three days notice.
