| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Mary De Suze to waive the filing fee on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 10, 2014, to hold the appeal and cross appeal in abeyance pending further proceedings in the Supreme Court, to strike the joint record or for leave to file a supplemental joint record, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by Louise Grant to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief, to waive the filing fee, to hold the appeal and cross appeal in abeyance pending further proceedings in the Supreme Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the time of Mary De Suze and Louise Grant to serve and file their respective briefs are granted, and those briefs must be served and filed on or before April 6, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
