In the Matter of Layla N. F. (Anonymous).
Administration for Children's Services, petitioner-
appellant; Juan L. (Anonymous), respondent-
respondent, et al., respondent.
(Docket Nos. N-18136-12)
Motion by the petitioner-appellant on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 14, 2015, and an order of fact-finding of the same court also dated January 14, 2015, to stay enforcement of the order, to continue the remand of Layla N. F. to its care and custody, to continue the release of Luz A. F. and Baby Boy A. L. to the care and custody of the respondent-respondent Lucinda A., and to continue certain orders of protection against the respondent-respondent Juan L., pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order of fact-finding is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the petitioner-appellant is not aggrieved by the order of fact-finding (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
