ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 10, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered May 13, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 9, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "February 18, 2015."
