Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 11, 2013, inter alia, for leave to reargue the branch of the respondents' motion which was to dismiss the appeal for failure to settle and file the trial transcript in accordance with CPLR 5525 and the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2013, and March 10, 2014, respectively, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 30, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied.
