On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated February 19, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated and the following order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by the appellant Brickman Group, Ltd., LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 28, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 2, 2015, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
