| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to compel the parties' trial attorneys to turn over all trial exhibits to his appellate counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 11, 2013. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to compel the parties' trial attorneys to turn over all trial exhibits to the appellant's appellate counsel is granted to the extent that on or before March 11, 2015, the parties' trial attorneys shall turn over all trial exhibits in their possession to the appellant's appellate counsel; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 27, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
