Motion by the petitioner in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 14, 2014, for leave to reargue his prior motion to stay the revocation of his driving privileges, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 10, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
