DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Renee Troiano to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated December 10, 2013, on the ground that the appellants failed to serve the respondent Edmund J. Marotta with the notice of appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as the respondent Renee Troiano does not have standing to seek relief on behalf of the respondent Edmund J. Marotta.
