Motion by the appellants-respondents to strike state portions of the respondents-appellants' reply brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 10, 2013, on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record, and to impose a sanction upon the respondents-appellants.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
