Motion by Ann C. Northern, inter alia, to be discharged as guardian ad litem for the nonparty-respondent on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated May 21, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to making a motion for the same relief in the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, on or before March 13, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that Ann C. Northern shall notify this Court expeditiously after the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, issues an order determining her motion.
