Motion by the respondent, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated January 16, 2015, which granted applications pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 11, 2014.
