ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 13, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 12, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "August 16, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "August 12, 2014."
