| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled actions, pending hearing and determination of appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, all dated April 28, 2014, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the trial in the above-entitled actions is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 27, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
