On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated May 30, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Suffolk County, dated December 9, 2013," and substituting therefor the words "Dutchess County, dated May 30, 2014."
