DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (IDV Part), dated December 17, 2014, as directed him to pay counsel fees in the sum of $7,500 and participate in and pay for a certain education program, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
