Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Newburgh, Orange County, rendered November 19, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the court's order of January 12, 2015, dismissing the appeal for failure to prosecute is hereby vacated, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before March 20, 2015. No further enlargements shall be granted.
