Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal and enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered April 9, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further
ORDERED that the time to file appellant's brief is hereby enlarged, and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before April 6, 2015.
