Motion by appellant on an appeal from judgments of conviction of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County, rendered June 19, 2014, for sanctions, to compel the City Court to file the record on appeal with this court, or for alternative relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel the City Court to file the record on appeal with this court is denied as unnecessary, as the record has been filed with this court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the remainder of the motion is denied.
