Application by the appellant Hamilton Staples pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 1, 2014. Separate application by the appellant Valerie Staples for the same relief.

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 20, 2015, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
