On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated February 11, 2015, in the above-entitled appeals is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by the appellant Mackall McMillan to withdraw appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 17, 2014, and February 3, 2014, respectively.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties dated February 3, 2015, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals by the appellant Mackall McMillan are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
