In the Matter of Julian Burrell, respondent,

v Amara H. Hyde, appellant.

(Docket No. V-4137-07/12G)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Amara H. Hyde from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 13, 2014. By scheduling order dated December 8, 2014, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until January 5, 2015. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
