Motion by the appellant to strike stated portions of the respondent's brief on an appeal an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 16, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the paragraph beginning on page 7 and ending on page 8, starting with the words "Had this petition," and ending with the words "in evidence.)," is stricken, on or before March 12, 2015, the respondent shall remove or redact that paragraph from the copies of the respondent's brief on file with this Court, or shall serve and file a replacement brief that does not contain that paragraph, and the motion is otherwise denied.
