ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 23, 2015, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a second supplemental respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 9, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent may serve and file a second supplemental respondent's brief on or before March 23, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a second supplemental reply brief, if any, on or before March 30, 2015.
