DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.10.3(e) for leave to serve and file an oversized brief containing 18,974 words on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 9, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 12, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file the brief containing 18,974 words.
