Motion by the defendants, in effect, to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, to stay certain proceedings in an action entitled Wynkoop v 622A President Street Owners Corp., pending in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Index No. 507156/13, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 20, 2013, and January 17, 2014, respectively, and an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the same court dated November 7, 2013, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on the appeals from the orders dated December 20, 2013, and January 17, 2014, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 15, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
