| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 14, 2014, inter alia, to direct the respondent HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA) to remediate certain conditions at the subject premises, and for a preference in the calendaring of that appeal. Separate motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the same court dated September 30, 2014, inter alia, to direct the respondent Freedom Mortgage Corp. to remediate certain conditions at the subject premises, and for a preference in the calendaring of that appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals shall be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
