| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated March 27, 2007 (People v Epps, 38 AD3d 916), affirming an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 1, 2005. The application was denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
