| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to resettle the trial transcript on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 29, 2012, and to hold the appeal in abeyance, and separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to resettle the trial transcript and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to resettle the trial transcript is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Kings County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hold the appeal in abeyance is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney on or before April 28, 2015.
