It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that the appellant's motion to enlarge the record on appeal is denied. The defendant-respondent's cross-motion to dismiss the appeal is granted unless appellants perfect their appeal by no later than the May 2015 term - the filing deadline for which is March 10, 2015. In the event of appelant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, defendant-respondent may move on fie days notice for an order dismissing the appeal. See Order
