It is Ordered that tenant-appellant's motion is granted on condition that tenant-appellant: 1- perfects her appeal by no later than the September 2015 term - the filing deadline is July 15, 2015; 2- pays landlord the sum of $20,000,representing the amount ordered by Civil Court for tenant-appellant to pay landlord-respondent for use and occupancy arrears owed through November 2014, on or before March 16, 2015, without prejudice; 3- pays landlord use and occupancy arrears that accrued between December 2014 and February 2015 in the amount of $5,711.01,on or before March 16, 2015, without prejudice, and 4- pays landlord accruing use and occupancy in the amount of $1,903.67 per month on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
