It is Ordered that the tenant-appellant's motion is granted to the extent of ordering tenant-appellant to correct the record on appeal to include a copy of the multiple dwelling registration as well as copies of the two rent registrations entered into evidence at trial, which are attached to the tenant-appellant's moving papers as Exhibits A and B, respectively.
It is Further Ordered that the appeal will be calendared for the May 2015 term the filing deadline for tenant-appellant to file and serve an amended brief, if necessary, as well as a corrected record on appeal is March 10, 2015.Landlord-respondent's brief must be filed and served by April 1, 2015. Reply brief, if any, is to be served and filed by April 8, 2015.
