| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 28, 2014, June 18, 2014, and September 2, 2014, respectively, containing certain documents. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 27, 2015, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the memoranda dated February 7, 2014, May 20, 2014, and August 7, 2014, and the reply affirmation dated February 20, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 6, 2015, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
