Motion by Joseph McMahon for leave appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 5, 2015, and to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of that appeal, as well as an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 12, 2014.
