| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Metropolitan Funding Group, LLC, to be substituted for the appellant BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 26, 2012, and September 16, 2014, respectively, to amend the caption, to amend "all papers, pleadings, and proceedings . . . to reflect that [it is the] plaintiff" in the action, and to substitute Newman Law, P.C., as attorney of record in the action.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to substitute Metropolitan Funding Group, LLC, for the appellant BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., on the appeals and to amend the caption of the appeals, accordingly, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to amend the caption in the action, to amend "all papers, pleadings, and proceedings . . . to reflect that [it is the] plaintiff" in the action, and to substitute Newman Law, P.C. as attorney of record in the action are denied without prejudice to seeking any appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Kings County.
