On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 20, 2015, in the above-entitled appeals is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 6, 2014, August 5, 2014, and August 15, 2014, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 7, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
