Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue stated portions of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 26, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 1, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from those portions of the decision and order of this Court.
