On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 12, 2013, in the above-entitled matter is amended by deleting the provision thereof granting that branch of the motion by the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts which is to authorize the commencement of a disciplinary proceeding, and substituting therefor a provision holding that branch of the motion in abeyance.
