An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Allegany County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 27, 2014, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Peter J. Degnan, Esq., dated February 10, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
