An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 25, 2013, and the attorney for the children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief, to adjourn oral argument, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Courtney S. Radick, Esq., dated January 22, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to February 5, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the attorney for the children shall submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 23, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that the scheduling order entered herein is amended to provide that the appeal be placed on the calendar for the term of Court commencing April 6, 2015, and

It is further ORDERED that the party with whom the subject children are currently residing shall make the children available for a conference with the attorney for the children, Courtney S. Radick, Esq., to be held on or before March 6, 2015.
