Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Mark Snyder sworn to January 16, 2015, the statement of Mark Snyder dated February 6, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Barry L. Porsch, Esq. dated January 23, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, and
It is further ORDERED the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 23, 2014 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date January 22, 2015 and inserting in place thereof the date April 2, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that Mark Snyder is hereby directed to file and serve the notice of appeal in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before April 2, 2015.
