Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated December 5, 2014, as a poor person, and to consolidate that appeal with appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated February 24, 2014, and October 29, 2014, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated December 5, 2014, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-00082 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.

BALKIN, J.P., HALL, ROMAN and COHEN, JJ., concur.
