Motion by the respondents County of Nassau and Traffic Safety Board of County of Nassau to enlarge their time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 4, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents County of Nassau and Traffic Safety Board of County of Nassau to serve and a brief is enlarged until March 20, 2015, and the brief of the respondents County of Nassau and Traffic Safety Board of County of Nassau must be served and filed on or before that date.
