| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent, inter alia, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2014, and November 12, 2014, respectively, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross appeals is granted, and the appeals and cross appeals will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
