Appeal by Jessica G. from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated April 10, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 12, 2015, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until February 13, 2015. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
