On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 20, 2014, in the above-entitled appeals from two (1) judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both rendered February 5, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered February 5, 2013," and substituting therefor the words " appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both rendered February 5, 2013, and (2) by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the word "appeal" and substituting therefor the word "appeals."
