Motion by the respondent on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 16, 2014, and a judgment of the same court entered July 8, 2014, inter alia, to dismiss the appeal from the judgment on the ground that the appellant did not file a proper notice of appeal from the judgment.
