ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 18, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 17, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "November 17, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "January 17, 2012."
