| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant, inter alia, for a change of venue of the trial of Rockland County Indictment No. 187-14 from the County Court, Rockland County, to another county.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a change of venue is denied without prejudice to renewal after completion of the voir dire (see People v Boudin, 95 AD2d 463); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
